Jack’s Towing Service is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1986 by Jack Pantrey and was taken over in 1993 by Rob Pantrey. Since 1993 Jacks Towing Service has grown from 3 trucks and 2 employees to a fleet of 14 trucks and 20 employees. Serving Kingston and surrounding areas. Jack’s is also proud to be a contractor for Assistance Services Group (Sykes) Roadside.

  A million thanks to Sterling are due!! After breaking down on the 401 moving my daughter into college over the long weekend, what could have been a complete nightmare, turned out to be a positive experience. Sterling not only assisted promptly but went over and above to look under the hood and completely diagnose the mechanical problem before towing my car to a local dealership and even offered to deal with the repair shop on my behalf since I live a couple hours away from Kingston. Like I said, a million thanks are due. Thanks for making an incredibly shitty situation turn out pretty okay! The world needs more people like you!

  Joey was my driver tonight. He came in a very timely manner after a very horrible evening on my part, which was greatly appreciated. I was alone in a rural area with no houses and minimal traffic flow and he made sure to stay with me until my drive arrived. He was professional and friendly and communicative. There was a mix up on their end with my payment that left me a little unsettled and stressed out but management was friendly and helped out. Thanks again Joey and Jacks!

It is company policy to not allow pets in the tow truck due to allergens and safety.

What information do I need to provide to get my car out of the impound lot?

We will need your I.D., ownership and insurance in order for you to retrieve your vehicle. Fees will also need to be paid.

Is your impound lot secure?

Our impound lot has 24/7 security surveillance. It is fully fenced, and locked. There is an after-hours fee to access your vehicle outside of our posted hours.
